Steps for lobe pump coiling

1、Electric pannier

The worm gear and gear reduction mechanism of the coiling unit changes the rotation of the output of the coiling motor into the rotation of the crankshaft, thus enabling coiling to take place.

Before driving, if you want to pan the car to push the small piston to the rear end limit position and unlock the pan handle, you must pull up the pan handle to the outside of the pan cover and then trigger it to the pan position, at this time, the rotation of the pan handle drives the small gear to slide inward along the axial direction to the limit position, so that it engages with the large gear and turns on the pan motor to realize the pan; at this time, as the pressure oil acting on the pressure regulating controller is connected to the handle box drainage port At this time, as the pressure oil acting on the pressure regulating controller is connected to the handle box drain, it can ensure that the pressure regulating controller contact is open and the main motor cannot be started.

The coiling unit can be coiled in both directions, simply by wrenching the handle to the position of the coiling symbol. It must be noted, however, that the pump motor must be started beforehand, both for coiling and driving.

2、Manual coiling

(1) Coiling before starting the equipment: use an F-type coiling spanner to coil the equipment at the coupling position, generally not less than one and a half turns, before starting the drive.

(2) Periodic turning of standby equipment: As some equipment conveys media with high viscosity or containing dust, it will cause the rotor of the equipment to be sticky and blocked, so regular turning is required. Of course, for long-term parking, especially for equipment with long shafts, in order to prevent the shaft from bending, regular turning must be carried out, with each turn being an odd number of 180 degrees to correct the bending of the shaft.
