1. Re-confirm that all inlet and outlet valves are fully open.
2、Start the power supply, turn on the machine, pay attention to the operation of the motor and pump, if there is any abnormality, stop the pump immediately to check the cause.
3、A maximum of two minutes after the pump starts, the medium should be sucked up, such as for sucking up, the pump should be stopped to check whether the inlet pipeline is leaking and blocked.
4、After normal operation of the pump, observe the reading of the inlet vacuum gauge and outlet pressure gauge, and stop the pump to check whether the inlet pipeline is leaking and blocked.
5、After half an hour of normal operation of the pump, the oil temperature of the bearings and gearbox should be measured, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 degrees.
6. Observe whether the mechanical seal is leaking.
7、Pump with packing seal, the packing gland should not be pressed too tightly, otherwise it will easily cause the sleeve and packing to burn out.
8、Pumps with induction or frequency control should be run at a slower speed or low frequency for 1-2 minutes to see if it is normal.
9、It is strictly forbidden to adjust the flow rate by adjusting the valves of the inlet and outlet pipelines to avoid cavitation or high pressure which may cause vibration of the pump or overload of the motor, if the flow rate needs to be adjusted, the pump speed can be changed by using side inflation.
10、When the pump is running, it is forbidden to close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump.
