The sludge rotor pump consists of a quick-acting pump cover, wear-resistant plates and wear-resistant bushings, a wear-resistant geometrically rotating cam rotor and an integral cast pump casing. The sludge lobe pump is mainly based on a twisted lobe rubber lobe rotor, which is finely adjusted to the manufacturing process to achieve sludge transfer, together with a gas-diesel motor to meet the needs of the work station.
Sludge lobe pumps are mainly used in wastewater treatment plants and can be divided into sludge return pumps and residual sludge pumps depending on the type and application station.
Sludge lobe pump mechanical seal replacement operation method.
1. Remove the pump cover end nut of the sludge lobe pump and take off the pump cover of the sludge lobe pump.
2. Suspend the two fixed rotors with the sludge lobe pump tool.
3, remove the rotor chamber two fixed nuts, with a brass rod hammered rotor chamber on both sides of the back, until the rotor chamber can be removed by hand. (If the rotor is not taken off during step 3, the rotor will be taken out with the rotor chamber) Note: At this point, you can see that there are adjustment shims at the shoulders of the two drive shafts, please do not take them off easily.
5. Attach the complete O-ring, static ring and wave spring corresponding to the 3 pins to the rotor chamber of the lobe pump.
6, the complete dynamic ring combination from the end of the shaft set into the shaft. If the new dynamic ring combination is used, the two screws on the dynamic ring set need to be screwed in the position of the two planes on the shaft, but do not nail tightly on the shaft, so that the dynamic ring set on the shaft can rotate about 5, remember not to make the dynamic ring set 360 rotation. Then drip a small amount of paint or grease into the screw holes to prevent the screws from falling off when the equipment is in operation.
7、Fit the rotor chamber to the transmission box of the lobe pump and press it to make it fit with the box. (Rotor chamber and transmission box assembly position has two cone pins positioning). Insert the iron bar into the 2 locating pin holes and hammer the 2 locating pins respectively to position the rotor chamber in the original factory position and lock the 2 rotor chamber fixing nuts with force back and forth respectively. Note: After assembling the rotor chamber, if the adjusting thin shims have been removed when disassembling the rotor chamber, please put the thin shims on in the original position and in the original quantity.
8, in the rotor chamber into the rotor, with with a copper bar or wood block pad in the two rotor between, with a spanner will be two rotor fixed nuts.
1, lobe pump rotor, rotor fixing nut and drive shaft on the factory has been well numbered, assembly, please put the same number of parts together, and in this step after the completion of the respective number can be seen.
2, the normal factory configuration of the equipment on the fixed nut for counterclockwise tightening, the lower fixed nut for clockwise tightening.
