The rotor material and form of the rotary lobe pump are based on different materials and rotor types for different overflow media. There is a quick-open pump cover for quick disassembly and replacement of the rotor and the protective liner in the pump cavity for easy maintenance.
The internal structure of the rotary lobe pump, using two spiral lobe rotors driven by synchronous gears that constantly rotate, pushes the conveying medium from the pump inlet to the pump outlet. Due to the hermetic seal between the rotor and the pump body, the pump's import and export chambers are isolated and have vacuum suction, and because of the three-lobe spiral rotor, the instantaneous design flow of the pump is constant at every moment during the rotation week, with almost no pulsation or disturbance. In addition, the rotary lobe pump is symmetrical in structure and reversible in the direction of delivery. Simply by changing the driving direction, positive transfer pumping and reverse rotation can be flushed.
