Is it suitable to choose lobe pump for high viscosity medium

The lobe pump is also called the universal transfer pump. The main reason is that it can meet the needs of different material conveying processes by replacing the rotor with different shapes. Therefore, the lobe pump has the means to transport materials continuously and is suitable for transporting low viscosity in the range of 0.02 to 100 Pa.S temperature in the following 200℃ thick oil, petroleum, raw material oil, Huai Slip, vulcanized rubber, glass fiber, leachate. Whitening toothpaste, skin care products, thick foodstuffs, ointments, vegetable oils and fats, printing inks, chemical fiber slurry of all the and physical characteristics to ensure that the original quality will not be the slightest harm, but also suitable for transporting a variety of corrosive liquids containing particles of solid particles.

Working Principle:

The lobe pump uses two rotors rotating in the same and opposite direction to cause adsorption at the inlet during the entire rotation. The two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small indoor spaces and run according to the operation. When running to the part, only the I chamber is filled with media; to the part b, the B chamber is closed part of the media, to the part C, the A chamber is also closed media; to the part d, the A chamber B chamber and II chamber interchange, the media is transported to the inlet, and so on and so forth, the media is continuously transported out.
