rotary lobe pumps can have large pressure fluctuations for the following reasons.
1, pump body and front and rear cover due to poor processing, eccentric distance error, or outer rotor and pump body with too large clearance.
2. Poor accuracy of the tooth shape of the inner and outer rotor (synchronous gear).
3. Large radial and end runout of the inner and outer rotor.
4. The side gap between the teeth of the inner and outer rotor is large.
