What is the difference between lobe pump and lobe pump

Cam lobe pumps can convey oily wastewater, sludge from sedimentation tanks, sweep silos, sweep lines, and clear tanks. And it can pump mixed media containing soft solid particles.

1. The bearings and synchronous gears of the lobe lobe pump

3. All cast pump casing

The overflow part of the pump casing is made of high-precision all castings, which can be made of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron or stainless steel. The easy-to-remove pump cover is held in place by only four screws. This design allows each part of the pump chamber to be removed and replaced by opening the cover, and each pump casing is cast in a single piece and machined by a CNC machine.

Even when the transport medium contains large amounts of large particles of impurities, continuous transport is ensured with large diameter inlets and outlets.

4. Shaft seal

The selection of raw materials for this maintenance-free mechanical seal is based thoroughly on the characteristics of the medium, and its elastic O-ring is also selected based on the medium.

The smooth liquid in the center cavity guarantees the smoothness of the mechanical seal, even when the pump is running dry or when vacuum pumping, the smoothness is still outstanding, and the center cavity also prevents deposits and crystals from occurring after the medium touches the air.

5. Rotors

The lobe lobe pump has a variety of rotors to choose from for different applications, and in addition to different metal materials, it also supplies different elastic rubber, plastic and other special materials, and new rotors can be replaced for pumps that have been in use before.
